Returns & Exchanges
We want you in the right pair. Boots are personal, and fit matters — so we make it easy to get it right.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges. If your boots aren't right, return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a different size. Boots must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original box.
Free size exchanges. If you just need a different size, your first exchange ships back to us on us — we'll email you a prepaid label.

A note on exotic leather: Because every caiman, ostrich, and crocodile hide is unique, natural variation in scale, color, and grain is a feature of the boot — not a defect.
Tried them on indoors on a clean surface? Totally fine. Worn them out on the town? Those we can't take back.
